How do I update my Choice Bank Axis account profile? [user]

Users can update their phone number, date of birth, and billing address through their FFB Bank Elevate Card account at any time.

1. Log in to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web 

2. On the side menu, click on your company name, then choose Personal Settings.

   

3. Select the Profile tab and update your information.

   

4. Once completed, click the Update button at the top-right side of the screen.

   

5. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen when your changes have been successfully saved.
