How to activate my new Choice Bank Axis Card

Steps to Activate Your New Choice Bank Axis Card:

1. .Log in to https://app.businesscards.bankwithchoice.com 

2. On the left-side menu, click Cards.

   

3. Select the Unactivated tab. 

   

4. Click the last 4 numbers of the card you wish to activate.

   

5. Under Actions, click Activate.

   

6. Enter the last 4 digits of the card, then click the Activate button.

   

If the information you entered matches our records, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your card has been successfully activated.
