How to finalize my account setup and activate my new FFB Bank Elevate Card?
- Once approved, you will receive an email directing you to log in to the platform via https://app.businesscards.bankwithchoice.com.
- Sign in using the email address and password you registered with.
- Upon logging in, you will receive a Card Agreement form. Draw your signature and click Accept to proceed.
- Next, you will get a message showing your current user Role, Department, and Spending Limit.
- You may also be prompted to enter your Date of Birth, cell phone number, SSN, or any other information we may need.
- Once you reach the main dashboard, click Activate Physical Card Now.
- Next, enter the Last 4 Digits of the card number and click Activate.
- If successful, you will be back to your main Dashboard with a Successful Activation prompt, and you will now see the activated card under My Cards.
- Congratulations! You can now use your new Choice Bank Axis Card.
